Hi, I’m Edward Heredia a Film and Moving Image Production student based in England. I come from an IB background, which has given me the opportunity to travel the world and experience different cultures. My work varies from photography, painting, collage and film and is highly influenced by modern and post-modern art; in particular, having a strong influence from Fauvism, Expressionism and Conceptual art.
Often, I tend to pursue a deeper approach into my works exploring philosophical themes or/and ideas. Furthermore, I explore a personal dialectic between my past and present, this approach has allowed me to use my art as self-disclosure and explore the fragility of the self who is affected by personal experiences and thoughts.
